Meet KayLea and Beau Beach - husband and wife of 10 years, parents to two boys and a girl, and entrepreneurs at heart. It’s been a dream of theirs to join forces to make Esther a sanctuary for women to escape, connect, and feel beautiful. You can find KayLea behind the chair and Beau behind the scenes, working as a team to make Esther the wonderful place they are so proud of.
Esther was named after the biblical Queen Esther, chosen for her beauty, which is described like none other in her time. But more importantly than beauty, she was courageous, graceful, passionate and a fearless leader. She served as a great example for women and paved a way to be bold, confident and courageous, risking it all for the greater good.
KayLea and Beau lead a team of talented women who feel more like family than colleagues. Together, they make the amazing atmosphere at Esther a warm, inviting experience.
